Include a photo of the casting date code and the measured thickness in the DSN ticket.

Description of location and tooling for inspection.
If pump housing falls within suspect range, measure area denoted by “X”s to determine if casting meets specifications. Refer to Illustration 1.Casting wall thickness will be a minimum of 4.8 mm.Refer to Illustration 1 for the appropriate measuring device.
