This Program can only be administered after a failure occurs.The decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS51439" as the Part Numberand "7755" as the Group Number. Use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.
The information supplied in this service letter may not be valid after the termination date of this program.Do not perform the work outlined in this Service Letter after the termination date without first contacting your Caterpillar product analyst.

PROBLEM
The existing touchscreen processor can fail on certain ISO Switchgear. If the existing touchscreen processor fails it can be replaced by contacting ISO directly and ordering the same part number found on the failed unit.

3/16th drill bit
Ratchet set with 3/8th & 7/16th sockets and a 7? extension.
Flat head screwdriver (7 level preferred)

Screw starter (highly recommended for tight spots)

1. Remove the 24 VDC source power first and then all other connected cables.

2. Remove the 4 mounting screws located on both sides.

3. Mark the mounting holes and drill 3 holes using the 3/16 drill bit. After drilling, verify mounting hole alignment is correct. If alignment is satisfactory, screw in the 1/4 self-tapping screws to tap the holes.

4. Prior to installing the mounting bracket, secure the Xycom onto bracket using the six #8 screws, flat washers, and kepnuts.

5. Remove
