Reports have been made that the air conditioning is not working properly on the machine listed above. The refrigerant hose clamp has been installed incorrectlySolution
The following procedure describes the steps in order to correct the problem with the air conditioning.
Turn OFF the engine and battery isolator switch.

Slide the operator seat all the way forward.

Locate the refrigerant hoses at the bottom rear of the operator seat. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, KENR9860, "Seat - Remove and Install" in order to remove the operator seat if needed.

Check the orientation of the hose clamp as shown in Illustration 3 or 4.
If the hose clamp orientation is incorrect continue with the rework.Perform a refrigerant recovery and refrigerant evacuation. Refer to SENR5664.

Loosen the hose clamp bolt with an M5 Allen drive and remove the refrigerant hoses. Check and replace the refrigerant hose O-ring seals if damaged.
Apply clean mineral oil onto the O-ring. Place the O-ring onto the tube fitting and oil the O-ring again.
Align the tube fitting and ensure that the seal is seated correctly. Hand tighten the hose clamp with the correct orientation.
Tighten the hose clamp to 10 1 N m (89 8.9 lb in)
Recharge the machine refrigerant system with R134a to 0.7kg. Note: Refer to SENR5664 for an air conditioning performance test to ensure that there are no leaks.
