Note: Put identification marks on all lines, on all hoses, on all wires, and on all tubes for installation purposes. Plug all lines, hoses, and tubes. This helps to prevent fluid loss and this helps to keep contaminants from entering the system.

Disconnect hose assemblies (2) from cylinder (3) .
Remove bolt (1) and move cylinder (3) out of the way.

Remove bolts (4), guard (5) and clamps.

Remove the bolt and clamp (6) from hose assemblies (2) .

Remove bolts (7) and cover (8) .

Remove bolts (9) and cover (10) .

Remove clamps (11) and disconnect hose assemblies (2) from bumper (12) .

Install bolt (1) in the bumper. Attach a suitable lifting device to bolt (1). Remove bolts (13) and bumper (12). The weight of the bumper is approximately 160 kg (353 lb).Installation Procedure

Connect hose assemblies (2) in bumper (12) and install clamps (11) .
