(31) Auger setpointThe material feed screen on the active tractor display allows the tractor operator to monitor and control the operations of the material feed system.The operator can use the display to monitor the following information:

Auger setpoint (31)Conveyor speed (28) is displayed in rpm for the left and right conveyors. For machines configured with zero material height sensors, the conveyors operate in open-loop mode. Conveyor speed is adjusted directly with the corresponding control dial.For machines configured with two material height sensors, conveyor setpoint (29) is displayed in percentage of the calibrated maximum setpoint. The conveyor setpoint is adjusted with the corresponding control dial.For machines configured with four material height sensors, conveyor setpoint (29) percentage value represents desired conveyor material height percentage. Material is measured at the rear of the conveyors.Auger speed (30) is displayed in rpm for the left and right augers. For machines configured with zero material height sensors, the augers operate in open-loop mode. Auger speeds are controlled directly by the corresponding incremental bar.For machines configured with two material height sensors, auger setpoint (31) is displayed in percentage of the calibrated maximum setpoint. Each value is adjustable with the associated incremental bar on the display screen.For machines configured with four material height sensors, auger setpoint (31) percentage value represents desired material height percentage. Each value is adjustable with the associated incremental bar on the display screen. Material is measured at the sensor locations.Note: The number of feeder sensors must be configured in the display. If sensors are plugged in but not configured, the sensor data will be ignored.
