Monitoring System Display communication paths for the data linkThe monitoring system monitors the machine operations, diagnostic events, and modes of operation.The monitoring system will display information on the LCD screen of the monitoring system display. The monitoring system display is located in the front operator console.The monitoring system display provides the operator with the following information:
Operating characteristics of the machine
Diagnostics
Warning events
Modes of operationThe operator is also able to adjust many of the settings in order to match the machine to the desired application. The monitoring system display is used for the following:
View the preferences of the operator
Change the preferences of the operator
Change the configuration parameters
View status of system components
View parameters of the systemThe monitoring system display allows the technician to perform the following:
View logged events and diagnostic codes.
Clear logged events and diagnostic codes.
View the status of the system components.
View the parameters of the system.
Calibrate the implements.
Calibrate the payload systemWhen the engine key start switch is turned to the ON position, the monitoring system continuously monitors all machine systems. The following machine systems are monitored:
Sensors
Electronic control modules
Monitoring system componentsIf a warning event occurs, a message will appear on the LCD screen of the monitoring system display. The corresponding action lamp will illuminate. An audible alarm will sound for level III warning.
