Start By:
Remove the right fuel tank and remove the left fuel tank.

Remove hand rail assemblies (1). Repeat this step for the opposite side of the machine.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to ladder assembly (2). The weight of ladder assembly (2) is approximately 113 kg (250 lb). Remove ladder assembly (2). Repeat this step for the opposite side.

Attach a suitable lifting device to step assembly (3). The weight of step assembly (3) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb). Remove step assembly (3). Repeat this step for the opposite side.

Left side battery box
Remove cable clamps (4) and (6). Disconnect cable assemblies (5) and position cable assemblies (5) out of the way inside of the machine.

Right side battery box
Remove cable clamps (8). Disconnect cable assemblies (7) and position cable assemblies (7) out of the way inside of the machine.

Remove covers (9).

Disconnect harness assemblies (10). Cut cable strap (11).

Disconnect tube assemblies (12).

Remove bolt (13). Repeat this step for the opposite side of the machine.
Attach Tooling (C) and a suitable lifting device to the front of bumper assembly (14). The weight of bumper assembly (14) is approximately 5783 kg (12750 lb).
Position Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to the rear of bumper assembly (14) through the hole at Location (X).
Remove bolts (15) and remove bumper assembly (14).

Remove hose assembly (16) and harness assembly (17) from center fuel tank (18).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to center fuel tank (18). The weight of center fuel tank (18) is approximately 272 kg (600 lb). Remove the mounting bolts and remove center fuel tank (18). Installation Procedure
Install center fuel tank (18) in the reverse order of the removal procedure.
