Installation Procedure

Install gear (27) and position washer (26). Install bolt (25). Tighten bolt (25) to a torque of 110 14 N m (81 10 lb ft). Install O-ring seal (24).

Position unit injector hydraulic pump (15). Refer to illustration 3.
Install bolts (19) and cable strap (21).
Connect tube assembly (23) and harness assembly (20). Connect hose assembly (22).

Connect tube assembly (14).
Connect tube assembly (16) to unit injector hydraulic pump (15).
Install clamp (18) and connect harness assembly (17).

Install the gasket in tube assembly (13). Position tube assembly (13) and install bolts (12) and (12A).

Install chain (10), clamps (11), spacer (9), and nut (8).

Connect harness assembly (6A) and install manifold (4) and bracket (2).
Install bolts (6), (3), and (1).
Connect hose (7) and tighten clamps (5).
Open the fuel shutoff valve. End By:
Install the left side engine guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine Side Guards - Remove and Install".
