Connect the steering frame lock.
Release the hydraulic system pressure.
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

Disconnect hose assemblies (1).

Disconnect hose assemblies (2).

Disconnect hose assemblies (3) and hose assemblies (4).

Cut cable straps (6). Disconnect harness assemblies (7). Remove sensor (5) and sensors (8).

Remove hand rails (9) and the toe guards. Remove cover (10).

Remove the bolts and slide panel assembly (11) out far enough in order to attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to panel assembly (11). The weight of panel assembly (11) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb). Use Tooling (A) and the suitable lifting device in order to remove panel assembly (11).

Remove covers (12).

Attach a suitable lifting device to hydraulic tank (13). The weight of hydraulic tank (13) is approximately 150 kg (330 lb).

Remove bolt (16) and the washer. Remove washer (15) and mount (14).

Remove bolts (17) and the washer. Remove washers (18) and the mounts. Use the suitable lifting device in order to remove hydraulic tank (13).
