SEAL-O-RING 4717477 - Caterpillar

1. Remove the fan belt guard from right side of radiator guard.2. Disconnect air compressor air inlet line from the air inlet pipe. Disconnect the air supply line at the coupling.3. Disconnect the air compressor lubrication line from the air compressor. Disconnect the oil drain line from the air compressor base. 4. Disconnect the air compressor governor sensing line at the governor.5. Loosen the air compressor drive belt adjusting bracket and remove drive belt.6. Remove the three air compressor bracket mounting bolts. Remove the air compressor and bracket as a unit.Install Air Compressor
1. Position the air compressor and bracket. Install the bracket mounting bolts.2. Install the drive belt. Adjust the drive belt and tighten adjusting bracket retaining bolts.3. Connect the governor sensing line. Connect the air inlet line and air supply line.4. Connect the air compressor lubrication line and the oil drain line.5. Install the fan belt guard.
