Input Signals to Left Operator ECM
Note: Input components to left operator ECM (31) follow the same principle of operation as the input components to right operator ECM (33) .Note: Terminal "J2-22" of left operator ECM (31) provides a common digital return for the same components as right operator ECM (33) . Terminal "J1-60" of left operator ECM (31) provides a common ground for the following digital output devices:
Auger raise solenoid (19)
Auger lower solenoid (20) Miscellaneous Auxiliary Controls
Solenoid Control
The active operator ECM determines that the truck hitch switch is in the OPEN position when a ground signal is read at terminal "J2-33". This signal is transferred to the machine electronic control system through the CAT Data Link. The machine electronic control system uses this input signal to determine if an output signal should be sent from terminal "J1-66" of right operator ECM (33) to truck hitch open solenoid (7) .The active operator ECM determines that the truck hitch switch is in the CLOSE position when a ground signal is read at terminal "J2-32". This signal is transferred to the machine electronic control system through the CAT Data Link. The machine electronic control system uses this input signal to determine if an output signal should be sent from terminal "J1-67" of right operator ECM (33) to truck hitch close solenoid (6) .The active operator ECM determines that the right hopper switch is in the RAISE position when a ground signal is read at terminal "J1-63". This signal is transferred to the machine electronic control system through the CAT Data Link. The machine electronic control system uses this input signal to determine if an output signal should be sent from terminal "J2-3" of right operator ECM (33) to right hopper raise solenoid (9) .The active operator ECM determines that the right hopper switch is in the LOWER position when a ground signal is read at terminal "J1-64". This signal is transferred to the machine electronic control system through the CAT Data Link. The machine electronic control system uses this input signal to determine if an output signal should be sent from terminal "J2-2" of right operator ECM (33) to right hopper lower solenoid (8) .The active operator ECM determines that the left hopper switch is in the RAISE position when a ground signal is read at terminal "J2-34". This signal is transferred to the machine electronic control system through the CAT Data Link. The machine electronic control system uses this input signal to determine if an output signal should be sent from terminal "J2-3" of left operator ECM (31) to left hopper raise solenoid (21) .The active operator ECM determines that the left hopper switch is in the LOWER position when a ground signal is read at terminal "J2-35". This signal is transferred to the machine electronic control system through the CAT Data Link.
