1 1 246-3129 Pump Impeller Pump impeller should be flush with the shaft within −0.25 to 0.00 mm (−0.010 to 0.000 inch).
2 1 153-1256 Lip Type Seal Install the lip type seal with the primary lip toward the water pump drive gear. Press the oil seal with a press until the oil seal is flush with face of housing as shown in the Illustration 1.
Use installation tool for installation. Do not install the lip type seal by hand.
3 1 195-0319 Gear Press the gear until the gear is flush with the bearing (4).
5 1 276-4756 Seal Gp Press the water pump seal assembly onto the shaft until the stationary cup is fully seated inside the pump housing. Use installation tool for installation.
Installation height (B) is 13.67 0.38 mm (0.538 0.015 inch).
