Remove the fan drive. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan Drive - Remove".
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Remove grease fitting (1) from bracket assembly (2) .

Remove six bolts (3) that secure adapter (4) to hub (5) .

Remove bolt (6) that secures bracket assembly (2) to the fan drive assembly. Remove washer (7) from the bearing face.

Remove hub (5) from bracket assembly (2). Remove O-ring seal (8) from hub (5) .

Remove six bolts (9) that secure pulley (10) to hub (5). Remove spacer (11) from pulley (10). Remove pulley (10) from hub (5) .

Remove pin (12) from shaft (13) .

Use a brass rod and a hammer to remove bearing (14) from the far end of hub (5) .
