When reporting the repair, use "PS4573" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. If administered before failure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "T" as the SIMS Description Code. If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

Assure the correct torque has been applied to the cab mount bolts on certain 980G Wheel Loaders. This program is necessary only if the Service Magazine Article dated October 20, 1997, (component code 7301, 0757) "New Cab Mounts Reduce Operator Compartment Vibration" was applied.

If the Service Magazine Article dated October 20, 1997, (component code 7301, 0757) "New Cab Mounts Reduce Operator Compartment Vibration" was applied, the following rework procedure should be performed.
1. Remove the four (4) 8T6624 Bolts.2. Install one (1) additional 9U0512 Washer at each location.3. Tighten the 8T6624 Bolts to a torque 850 100 N m (625 74 lb-ft).Service Claim Allowances
This is a 1.5-hour job.
