1. Fasten tool (A) and the forks of a lift truck to the top of the ROPS as shown.2. Support ROPS (1) with the forks of the lift truck. Remove nine bolts (2) and the spacers that hold the ROPS in position. Remove the ROPS. The weight of the ROPS is 748 kg (1650 lb). The following steps are for the installation of the ROPS.
Be sure the machine mounting surfaces and the ROPS mounting surfaces are free of paint and they are clean and dry prior to installing the ROPS.
3. Install the ROPS in the reverse order of removal. Tighten nine bolts (2) to a torque of 900 100 N m (660 75 lb ft).
