Remove sight gauge (2) .
Remove elbows (1) .

Disconnect hose assemblies (3) and (4) .

Loosen the clamps and remove hose (7) from water filter group (6) .
Remove water filter group (6) from fuel and water tank (5) .

Loosen the clamps and remove hose (9) from pipe and elbow assembly (8) .
Remove pipe and elbow assembly (8) from fuel and water tank (5) .

Remove cotter pin (10), the washer, and the pin.
Remove guard (11) .

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to fuel and water tank (5). The weight of fuel and water tank (5) is approximately 906 kg (2000 lb).
Remove fuel and water tank (5) .Installation Procedure

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to fuel and water tank (5) .
Install fuel and water tank (5) .

Install guard (11) .
Install the pin, the washer, and cotter pin (10) .

Install pipe and elbow assembly (8) to fuel and water tank (5) .
Install hose (9) to pipe and elbow assembly (8). Tighten the clamps.

Install water filter group (6) to fuel and water tank (5) .
Install hose (7) and tighten the clamps.

Connect hose assemblies (4) and (3) .

Install elbows (1) .
Install sight gauge (2) .
Turn the battery disconnect switch to the ON position.
Fill the water tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.
Fill the fuel tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.
