2 4 5P-2424 Bolt Use the following procedure in order to tighten the bolts for the exhaust manifold:
Refer Illustration 1 for bolt tightening sequence.
1. Tighten the bolts (1) through bolt (5) to 6 2 N m (53 18 lb in).
2. Again, tighten the bolts (5) through bolt (1) in the numerical sequence to 47 5 N m (35 4 lb ft).
3. Tighten the bolt (6) to 105 N m (77 lb ft).
4. Tighten the bolts (7) through bolt (11) to 6 2 N m (53 18 lb in).
5. Again, tighten the bolts (11) through bolt (7) in the numerical sequence to 105 5 N m (77 4 lb ft).

10 6 4L-9337 Bolt 1. Tighten the bolts (5) through bolt (3) in reverse numerical sequence to 47 9 N m (35 7 lb ft).
11 2 6V-1520 Drain Valve Torque to 18 to 20 N m (159 to 177 lb in).
