Remove the operator platform. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Operator Platform - Remove and Install".
Fuel leaked or spilled onto hot surfaces or electrical components can cause a fire. To help prevent possible injury, turn the start switch off when changing fuel filters or water separator elements. Clean up fuel spills immediately.
Drain the fuel into a suitable container for storage or disposal. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.

Place suitable wood cribbing under electrical box (1) .

Remove the bolts, support (2), and support (3) .

Disconnect hose assemblies (5) from valve block (4) .
Disconnect hose assemblies (8) from hydraulic tank (7) .
Disconnect harness assemblies (6) .
Remove the bolts and valve block (4)

Remove hydraulic fitting (10) from hydraulic tank (7) .
Disconnect harness assemblies (11) and (12) .
Disconnect hose assembly (14) from fuel tank (9) .
Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to fuel tank (9). The weight of fuel tank (9) is approximately 60 kg (132 lb).
Remove four bolts (13) and fuel tank (9) .Installation Procedure
Install fuel tank (9) in the reverse order of the removal procedure.
