Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
Remove the pilot control valve.

Remove bolts (5). Separate valve body (1), bulldozer tilt control valve (4), ripper lift control valve (2), ripper tilt control valve (3) and manifold (6) .

Note: The bulldozer tilt control valve, the ripper lift control valve and the ripper tilt control valve are disassembled in the same way. Follow steps 2 through 7 in order to disassemble the control valves.
Remove three O-ring seals (8) and three O-ring seals (9) from the valve body.
Remove housing (7) from the valve stem and the valve body.

Remove O-ring seal (10) and seal (11) from housing (7) .

Remove housing (12) from the valve body. Remove the O-ring seal from housing (12) .

Remove valve stem (13) from the valve body.

Remove retainer (16), spring (15) and retainer (14) from the end of valve stem (13). If necessary, remove plug (17) and the O-ring seal from the end of valve stem (13). Remove plug (17) and the O-ring seal from the valve stems of the ripper tilt control valve and the ripper lift control valve.

Remove plug (18) and the O-ring seal from valve body (1) .

Remove spring (20) and valve stem (19) from valve body (1) .
