Removal Procedure

Remove twelve bolts (1) and the washers. Remove cover (2).

Remove the nut and the washer from the clips on hose assembly (5), wire harness (4), and wire harness (6).
Disconnect the wire harnesses.
Remove two bolts (8) and the washers. Loosen nut (9) and remove motor assembly (7).
Repeat Step 4 in order to remove motor assembly (3).

Remove retaining nut (10) from bracket (11).
Remove fan motor (12), the bracket and the wheel.

Remove clip (13), wheel (14), and plate (15) from the motor.
Remove the nuts, the washers and inner bracket (16) from the motor. Installation Procedure

Install inner bracket (16) and plate (15) onto the fan motor.
Install wheel (14) and clip (13) onto the fan motor.

Install the fan motor, the wheel, the plate, and bracket (16) into the shroud.

Install outer bracket (11). Install nut (10) and the washer.

Put fan assembly (3) in position. Install the bolts and the nuts that hold the fan assembly in place.
Put fan assembly (7) in position. Install the bolts and the nuts that hold the fan assembly in place.
Connect wire harnesses (4) and (6). Install the clips and nuts that hold the harnesses in place. Install the clip on hose assembly (5).

Install cover (2). Install bolts (1) and the washers.
