Attach a suitable lifting device and a hoist to the tilt cylinder, as shown. The weight of the tilt cylinder is approximately 860 kg (1896 lb).
Use Tooling (A) to align the bores of the rod end of the tilt cylinder. Install pin (4) . Tooling (A) is not shown.
Install pin (5) .

Install hydraulic hose assemblies (3) on the tilt cylinder.

Install Tooling (B) to guard assembly (1) and attach a suitable lifting device. The weight of the guard assembly is approximately 34 kg (75 lb).
Position guard assembly (1) , as shown. Install bolts (2) .Note: Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual for all fluid capacities and the proper filling procedures.
