A - - Extension of the track roller shaft (5) from the face of the seal collar on both sides is to 64.92 0.13 mm (2.556 0.005 inch).
B - - Install the rubber stopper in the shaft. The end of the rubber stopper should be even with the end of the chamfer. The stopper can be recessed up to 11.0 4.0 mm (0.43 0.16 inch) past the chamfer.
C - - The clear plug must not be recessed below the surface of the stop assembly.
Install the clear plug so that the end is even with the stopper assembly. The clear plug can extend up to 0.0 to 5.0 mm (0.00 to 0.20 inch) out of the stop assembly.
1 4 6T-1140 Bolt During assembly, lubricate the threads with Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize. Tighten the bolt on abutment side of track roller cap prior to tightening the bolt on gap side of the track roller cap.
Torque to 750 70 N m (553 52 lb ft).
2 2 Duo-Cone Seal Gp The rubber toric seals and all the contacting surfaces must be clean and dry at assembly. Before assembly, apply a thin layer of oil to the contacting surfaces of the metal seal rings. The seal rings must be assembled square. The rubber toric seal should not bulge and the rubber toric seal should not twist. Refer to Special Instruction, SEHS8364, "Assembly and Installation of Conventional Duo-Cone Seals".
3 12 241-1855 Bolt Torque to 135 20 N m (100 15 lb ft).
4 2 7J-2036 O-Ring Seal Before you install the O-ring seals, lubricate the track roller shaft (5) lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
- - - End play for the track roller shaft:
Minimum is 0.26 mm (0.010 inch).
Maximum is 1.26 mm (0.050 inch).
