Typical Example
Attach appropriate nylon lifting and a hoist to mounting bracket (1). Refer to Table 1 for the weight of the mounting bracket.
Remove eight bolts (2), the sixteen washers, and the eight nuts.
Use the hoist in order to remove mounting bracket (1) from the vibratory compactor.Installation Procedure
Note: Check the mounting bracket for any cracks. Repair the cracks, as needed.
Clean all parts and inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new Verachtert parts for replacement.

Typical Example
Attach appropriate nylon lifting slings and a hoist to mounting bracket (1). Refer to Table 1 for the weight of the mounting bracket.
Determine the proper position of mounting bracket (1) on the vibratory compactor.
Place the mounting bracket into position on the vibratory compactor.
Install eight bolts (2), the sixteen washers, and the eight nuts. Tighten the eight bolts to a torque of 900 100 N m (664 74 lb ft).
