Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Verify that the air lock lever is in the closed position.

Loosen hose clamps (1) and clamp assemblies (2) enough to allow the compressor covers to rotate. Note: Excessive loosening of the housing will cause contact, and possible damage to the wheel may occur.

Remove bolts (3) and bracket (7). There are four bolts in total.
Disconnect left-hand compressor cover (5) from air lines group (4). Rotate right-hand compressor cover (6) and air lines group (4) clockwise until air lines group (8) can be disconnected from the right-hand compressor cover (6) and removed. Note: Use caution not to damage seals (4) when removing air lines group (8).Installation Procedure

Lightly lubricate the bore of compressor cover (5) and compressor cover (6).
Apply Tooling (A) to seals (4).
Install the air lines group (8) to the right-hand compressor housing (6). Rotate left-hand compressor housing (5) and the air lines group (8) towards each other and insert the integral seal into the left-hand compressor housing.
Install bolts (3) and bracket (7). There are four bolts in total.

Position clamp assemblies (2) on the top side of the turbocharger, pointing outward.
Tighten clamp assemblies (2) to a torque of 14 1 N m (124 9 lb in). Tap the clamp lightly all around. Tighten to 14 1 N m (124 9 lb in).
Tighten hose clamps (1).
