Rework Procedure
Intermediate Speed Rotor Parts Rework Procedure
Below are details for reworking current transmission parts. If the rotor is relatively undamaged (not bent, not significantly worn or deformed on the center bore) then it can be reworked. Both the rotor and carrier hole pattern can be rotated relative to the part if any of the existing holes are beyond salvage, the angular relationship of the hole pattern to the carrier or rotor is not critical, as long as the complete 9 hole pattern exists in the flange of the carrier and the flange of the rotor and not in the gaps. The Ring gear should have no resultant damage but if there is any concerns of reusability, see Reuse and Salvage Guidelines, SEBF8017, "Clutch Ring Gears for All Power Shift Transmissions".
Follow the "D6T Track Type Tractor Disassembly and Assembly" instructions in M0073303.
