The 6V2100 Multitach is a small digital tachometer which uses a microcomputer to directly convert (change) electrical input signals to revolutions per minute (R/MIN) as shown on the readout display on the front panel. The microcomputer is programmed and controlled by the operator through the use of touch (contact) switches on the front panel to give the desired indications on the readout.
Complete instructions for operation of the 6V2100 Multitach are given in the Special Instruction, Form SEHS7807-01. In addition to this form, a new Special Instruction, Form SEHS8224 "Troubleshooting And Repair Of The 6V2100 Multitach," is now available. The new form gives complete information for correct maintenance of the 6V2100 Multitach, including specifications and procedures for troubleshooting and repair of the unit when it becomes necessary.
