(11) Diesel Fluid Fill PortThe 785G Off-Highway Truck utilizes the "Fast Fill Service System". The Service Center Group is designed to keep dirt and mud from contaminating the fluid systems. The system minimizes fluid loss during disconnection. The control box for the service center group is mounted on the left side of the machine. The control box is located between the front bumper and the front left tire. The control box contains six fluid fill ports. The operator or the service personnel will connect the couplings to these ports. Each port corresponds to the six fluids serviced using the system.Fast Fill Indicators
The "Fast Fill" indicators can be used to monitor the levels of cooling and lubrication fluids on the truck. By pressing the appropriate symbol on the "Service Center Keypad", the indicator lights will signal the status of a specific fluid or lubricant level. Three indicator lights are to the left of each soft panel button.When the engine start switch is moved to the ON position, all LED indicators on the keypad will flash briefly.
Full - The upper indicator, the middle indicator, and the lower indicator will illuminate continuously when the corresponding fluid is at full level. When these indicators illuminate, stop the flow of fluid to the corresponding fast fill port.
Normal - The middle indicator and the lower indicators will illuminate continuously when the corresponding fluid is at or above normal operating level.
Add - The lower indicator will flash when the corresponding fluid is below normal operating level. When this indicator flashes, add the proper fluid for the corresponding system.
Differential and Final Drive Oil Level Indicator - The keypad has only ADD and NORMAL indicators for the differential and final drive oil. There is not a port for the differential and final drive oil in the fast fill service center. A FULL indicator is only present when the system fluid has a corresponding port in the fast fill service center.Note: The engine start switch does not need to be ON to supply power to the keypadWhen checking the level of any fluid, consider the position of the truck relative to a level surface. When the truck is not on a level surface, the fluid may shift in relation to the position of the fixed sensors.The "Service Center Keypad" communicates with the Chassis ECM using the CAN B (keypad) data link. The Chassis ECM communicates with the VIMS ECM. The VIMS ECM is linked to all machine control modules via the Cat Data Link and the CAN A Data link.Certain pressure sensors are paired with temperature sensors to indicate a full
