Installation depth of the bushing is 1.12 0.25 mm (0.044 0.010 inch).
Diameter of new shaft is 34.943 0.013 mm (1.3757 0.0005 inch).
D 2 7S-5005 Dowel Extension of dowel from the bottom of the oil pump idler shaft is 4.8 mm (0.19 inch).
A 1 117-9712 Drive Idler Shaft Lubricate the drive idler shaft with clean engine oil.
Diameter of new shaft is 63.500 0.013 mm (2.5000 0.0005 inch).
4 5 3G-2292 Locking Bolt Torque to 55 10 N m (41 7 lb ft).
8 1 112-9217 Thrust Plate Lubricate the thrust plate with clean engine oil.
Install the thrust plate with the oil groove side toward idler gear.
10 1 0S-1571 Bolt Torque to 55 10 N m (41 7 lb ft).
13 1 0T-0573 Bolt Before assembly, apply black Loctite Gasket Maker #2 to the threads.
Torque to 55 10 N m (41 7 lb ft).
6 1 271-5656 Idler Gear As Lubricate the bushing bore of the idler gear assembly with clean engine oil.
Bore of 128-2661 Bushing after installation is 63.566 0.013 mm (2.5026 0.0005 inch).

The timing marks on camshaft gear (2), on camshaft idler gear (7), on idler gear (6), and on crankshaft gear (9) must be visible from the front of the engine. Illustration 2 shows the correct alignment of the timing marks when the number one piston is in the top center position.
