Front Fabric Suspension Cylinder Cover Installation
1. Wrap the suspension cover (1) around the front suspension cylinder tube. Fasten the Velcro® strips together. 2. Install the clamp (2) as shown in Illustration 1.

1. Wrap the suspension cover around the rear suspension cylinder tube. Fasten the Velcro® strips together. 2. Make sure the tires are on the ground and the suspension cylinders are properly charged. Install (but do not tighten) the clamps as shown in Illustration 2. 3. Adjust the covers so the suspension cylinder can move without stretching or damaging the cover. Tighten the clamps. If the machine is going to be lifted so the tires are off the ground, loosen the cover clamps so the covers are not damaged. Also, if the haul road conditions ore rough enough to cause the cylinder rods to be fully extended during operation, move the top down on the cylinder as far as possible without the cover coming off the cylinder.
