Apply Tooling (A) in order to cover the joint face of starting aid (11) and the joint face of inlet manifold (3). Spread uniformly across starting aid (11) and inlet manifold (3). Starting aid (11) and inlet manifold (3) must be installed and tightened within ten minutes of applying Tooling (A) .
Install starting aid (11) and inlet manifold (3). Install bolts and studs (10) .
Position bracket (9) and install nuts (8) .
Connect cable assemblies (7) .

Install tube assembly (1) .
Position the harness assembly and connect harness assemblies (2) and (5). Install new cable straps (4) .
Install nuts (6) .
Connect the battery. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Battery or Battery Cable - Connect".End By: Install the fuel filter base. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fuel Filter Base - Remove and Install".
