Remove two pressure switches (G), two elbow adapters (H), tube assembly (J), tube assembly (K), and tee-adapter assembly (L) as shown in Illustration 5. Discard all the removed parts.

Install adapter (2) along with O-ring seal (2A) and install adapter (4) with O-ring seal (5) as shown in Illustration 6.
Install tube assembly (6) and tube assembly (7) as shown in Illustration 6.
Install one pressure sensor (1) to elbow assembly (2) and other pressure sensor (1) to adapter (4) as shown in Illustration 6. Torque both pressure sensors (1) to 62 6 N m (45 4 lb ft).

Block the open switch connectors by Installing connecting plug kit (8), and secure it with three seal plugs (9) as shown in Illustration 7.

Route the sensor harness assembly (11) as shown in Illustration 8, Illustration 9, Illustration 10, and Illustration 11. Tie the excess length of sensor harness assembly (11) using cable straps (10) as required.
Install two clips (12) to the existing boss location where machine harness interfaces as shown in Illustration 10.

Remove machine harness (P) from implement pilot pressure sensor (R).
Connect machine harness (P) to sensor harness 3-pin receptacle (M).
Connect sensor harness 3-pin plug (N) to implement pilot pressure sensor (R).
Connect sensor harness (S) to existing three pin connector valve jumper. Tie the excess length of sensor harness assembly (13) using cable straps (10) as required.

Connect sensor harness (V) to existing two pin connector valve jumper.
Connect C461 - Orange wire into cavity two of Connector C-C3, 147-1443 Plug As (T).
Connect H923 - Purple wire into cavity thirteen of Connector C-C4, 167-3693 Plug As (U). Tie the excess length of sensor harness assembly (14) using cable straps (10) as required.
This jumper will provide the signal wires from the new sensors into the cab harness and ECM.
Complete software flash using 549-5062 Implement Software Gp.Note: Update to the cab wiring is not required. This rework makes use of unused, existing wires in the cab harness to pass the new sensor signals to the ECM.
