3 1 235-4643 Water Pump Seal Do not lubricate. Install within 2 minutes after removal from shipping tube at slow speed rate. Use installation tool only.
4 1 313-2760 Impeller Lubricate the shaft with a thin film of clean engine oil before pressing the impeller onto the shaft. The end of the shaft must be flush with the face of the impeller 0.00 0.15 mm (0.00 0.006 inch).
5 1 229-5472 Bearing Locknut Torque to 300 30 N m (221 22 lb ft).
6 1 259-4596 O-Ring Seal Lubricate the bore lightly with 5P-3975 Rubber Lubricant or approved equivalent.
B - - Distance between end of the pump housing to impeller shaft is 14.24 mm (0.561 inch).
C - - Install height of the seal assembly is 9.90 0.38 mm (0.390 0.015 inch).
