Information:
Attach the lower cover (E) to the control group. Use four Screws (31) from the kit to secure the cover.

Attach the right-hand side cover (C) to the control group. Use four Screws (32) from the kit to secure the cover.

Install the armrest (B) onto the control group. Use the original hardware (A) to secure the armrest.

Attach the Operator Controls Harness As (9) to the Bracket As (7). Use two Bolts (14) and two Clips (21) to secure the harness to the bracket.

Secure the two wiring harnesses from the control groups to the seat base. Use one Bolt (26), one Hard Washer (28), one Clip (18) for the left harness, and one Clip (21) for the right harness. Note: For Series M machines, include one Clip (15). Refer to Illustration 47.Note: Step 8 applies to Series K machines ONLY.
Connect the Harness As (12) between the "Operator Present" switch in the new Suspension Seat Gp (5) and the "G-C7" connector in the original harness from the single axis levers. Assemble the Control Group with Joystick Controls

Attach the right-hand control group to the Suspension Seat Gp (5). Use four Hard Washers (23), two Bolts (27), 1 Bolt (29), and 1 Bolt (22) from the kit to secure the control group. Note: Steps 2 and 3 apply to Series M machines ONLY. Proceed to Step 4 for Series K machines.

Connect the Operator Controls Harness As (10) to the right-hand joystick controls. Use two Clips (17), two Screws (14), 1 Screw (32), and 1 Clip (13) to secure the harness to the control group.

Attach the lower cover assembly (E) to the control group. Use four Screws (31) from the kit to secure the cover.

Install the cover (C) onto the control group. Use four Screws (32) from the kit to secure the cover.

Connect the Harness As (12) between the "Operator Present" switch in the new Suspension Seat Gp (5) and the "X-C10" connector in the original harness from the joystick control group. Reassemble Machine

Reinstall the complete seat (AE) and seat base (V) into the machine. Refer to the Disassembly and Assembly, "Seat - Remove and Install" for your machine.
Disconnect the steering frame lock link between the front and rear frames.
Verify that all machine systems are operating correctly. When correct machine operation has been verified, return machine to service.
