Installation Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is a very important factor. Before installing the wheel onto the axle, the mating surfaces must be clean. Remove any foreign material from both the axle and the wheel. Make sure that a new wheel does not have any paint on the mating surface.
Apply 4C-5591 Anti-Seize Compound to the inside diameter of the wheel.

Position wheel (1) on the forks of a lift truck. The weight of the wheel is approximately 1265 kg (2790 lb).
Install wheel (1) on the axle assembly.Note: It is very important to make sure that the ports for the grease zerks for the axle bearing are in the correct position.

Apply 155-0695 Thread Lock Compound to the threads of bolts (2). Install the washers and bolts (2) .
Tighten bolts (2) in a cross pattern. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 460 60 N m (340 44 lb ft). Continue to tighten bolts (2) until all bolts are at the specified torque.
Lift the side of the machine. Remove the wood blocks from the frame of the machine. The weight of the machine is approximately 68,490 kg (151,000 lb).
Remove blocks from the wheels on the opposite side of the machine.
