Removal Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Remove the valve cover.Note: Clean oil from the top of the plug (1) before continuing the disassembly procedure.
Remove the plug (1).
Remove the prechamber check valve (3) and the gasket. Remove the O-ring seal from the prechamber check valve.Installation Procedure

Apply Tooling (A) to the O-ring seal. Install the O-ring seal.
Install the prechamber check valve (2). Tighten the prechamber check valve to a torque of 115 15 N m (85 11 lb ft).
Install the plug (1) and the seal in the body assembly. Tighten the plug to a torque of 15 5 N m (132 44 lb in).
Install the valve cover.
