Machine View
The machine uses a two-stage, front material-discharge conveyor. The conveyor system contains an electronically controlled hydraulic pump with variable-displacement. The rotating group of this pump drives two hydraulic motors. Each motor drives a conveyor.

(1) First-stage conveyor
(2) Second-stage conveyorFirst-stage conveyor (1) belt is 610 mm (24 in) wide. The conveyor belt is seamless and contains cleats which are arranged in a chevron pattern. The first-stage conveyor operates in a fixed position. This conveyor transfers material from the rotor housing to the second-stage conveyor.Second-stage conveyor (2) belt is 610 mm (24 in) wide. Like the first-stage conveyor belt, this belt is also seamless with cleats arranged in a chevron pattern. The second-stage conveyor has variable height control, and can swing 60 degrees to either side of center.Note: First-stage conveyor (1) may also be referred to as the "collecting" or "primary" conveyor. Second-stage conveyor (2) may also be referred to as the "loading", "secondary", "discharge", or "upper" conveyor.The first-stage conveyor and the second-stage conveyor are driven in series by the conveyor pump. The speed of the conveyor system is variable.
