Install Tooling (C) and a suitable lifting device to each side of front axle assembly (15) . The weight of front axle assembly (15) is approximately 997 kg (2200 lb). Raise front axle assembly (15) into position. Install bolts (14) to each side of front axle assembly (15) . Use Tooling (D) in order to tighten bolts (14) to a torque of 2000 250 N m (1475 185 lb ft).

Connect hose assembly (12) . Use Tooling (B) in order to connect hose assembly (10) and harness assembly (11) . Install guard (13) .

Connect fitting (9) .

Use Tooling (B) in order to connect hose assembly (8) to the top side of the axle assembly.

Install sensor assembly (7) .

Pull harness assembly (6) through the brake housing and connect harness assembly (6) , if equipped. Repeat for the other side. Install guard (4) . Install bolts (3) and (5) .

Connect front drive shaft (1) and install bolts (2) . Remove Tooling (A) . Hand tighten all bolts (2) . Tighten bolts (2) by using an crisscross pattern to a torque of 71 10 N m (52 7 lb ft).
