Ensure that the adapter is placed on the manifold with the chamfered edge facing the jumper tube with the fasteners still loose.
Place all the jumper tubes on the heads with the fasteners still loose.
Tighten using the following sequence:
Jumper tube to head (3)
Adapter to manifold (1)
Manifold to regulator housing (2)
Support bracket to head (4)
