ATS Command Level 0 100 0 Yes Flywheel system % energy setting used when the ATS transfer command is given via a remote output relay. Four conditions must exist to set the bit:
(1) UPS in discharge
(2) UPS in discharge for more than 1 second
(3) UPS not in "walk-in"
(4) System % energy < ATS Command Level (A typical setting is 85%.)
Full load testing is recommended to insure sufficient generator start times. Service
Auto Load and Start 0 2 1 Yes Defines what the UPS will do automatically when power is applied to the UPS after a complete outage. 0 = The UPS will require manual intervention to get the UPS in bypass and online. 1 [default] = The UPS will require manual intervention to get the UPS on-line. The UPS will power up in bypass. 2 = The UPS will go to the on-line state without any intervention. Service
