SCHEMATIC OF STEERING SYSTEM WITH FLOW METER INSTALLED
1. Steering cylinders. 2. 9S2000 Flow Meter. 3. Manual load valve. 4. Tee tap. 5. Return line to filter. 6. Control valve for steering. 7. Flow control valve. 8. Return line to filter. 9. Pump. 10. Pilot relief valve. 11. Shuttle valve. 12. Valve spool. Machines 75A1-Up, 57H1-UP, 42J1-42J2189, 76J1-76J4040, 30K1-30K1251, 90P1-90P145 and 91P1-91P226 can be adapted by installing a 8K5809 Tube Assembly (966) or a 8K6850 Tube Assembly (814 and 815), 9S8008 Plug, 3D2824 Seal, 4J522 Seal and four 4F5192 Bolts at the pump outlet. It will be necessary to cut a 3.0 inch (76,2 mm) diameter hole in the side plate at the tube outlet. A 1L6366 Button is available to fill this hole. If not equipped, a 7J8014 Filter Cover, 9S8010 Plug and 2S4078 Seal are needed.
