Over time Vintage Parts may adjust the price as Vintage Parts deem appropriate. Vintage Parts will bill Cat dealers directly for part orders plus shipping. All parts are genuine Caterpillar parts, never used or will-fit. Purchases through this program accrue no entitlements, implied warranty, or returns from Caterpillar.When confronted with a cancelled/discontunued part, dealers should refer to Column 3 of the Numerical Parts Record (NPR), to see if the part may be available at Vintage Parts. Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Central U.S. time zone. Parts will be shipped the same day if ordered by 4:00 p.m. Central or the following business day. Vintage Parts offers a 30-day parts no charge replacement or no-fault return to the dealer.
