Assembly Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.

Install O-ring seal (37), O-ring seal (36), and backup ring (35) on check valve (38). Install check valve (38) in flow divider valve (31). Tighten check valve (38) to a torque of 44 3 N m (32 2 lb ft).
Repeat Step 1 in order to assemble check valve (39) .
Install O-ring seal (13), backup ring (16), O-ring seal (17), backup ring (18), backup ring (23), O-ring seal (24), and backup ring (27) on cartridge (10). Install cartridge (10) in flow divider valve (31). Tighten cartridge (10) to a torque of 30 3 N m (22 2 lb ft). Install coil (5) and nut (3) on cartridge (10) .
Install O-ring seal (4), backup ring (7), O-ring seal (8), backup ring (9), backup ring (11), O-ring seal (12), backup ring (14), backup ring (20), O-ring seal (21), and backup ring (25) on pilot valve (1). Install pilot valve (1) in flow divider valve (31). Tighten pilot valve (1) to a torque of 37 3 N m (27 2 lb ft).
Repeat Step 4 in order to assemble pilot valve (2) .
Install O-ring seal (15), backup ring (19), O-ring seal (22), backup ring (26), backup ring (28), O-ring seal (29), backup ring (30), backup ring (32), O-ring seal (33), and backup ring (34) on control valve (6). Install control valve (6) in flow divider valve (31). Tighten control valve (6) to a torque of 37 3 N m (27 2 lb ft).End By: Install the control valve.
