Paver: AP-1055B (S/N: 8BM1-UP; ABB1-UP) BG-2455C (S/N: 6TN1-UP; ACM1-UP)The auxiliary pump pressure has been changed on the 8I-0836 Piston Pump and the 0R-7989 Piston Pump .The auxiliary pump pressure has been reduced from 14479 345 kPa (2100 50 psi) on the 8I-0836 Piston Pump and the 0R-7989 Piston Pump . The pumps are used on the auxiliary system for the machines that are listed above. The reduction of pressure to the auxiliary circuit will reduce the spike pressures. The addition of an accumulator to the auxiliary system reduces the spike pressures. The spike pressures are created in the auxiliary circuit when the hoppers are jogged. After you install the 8I-0836 Piston Pump as a replacement or after you install the 0R-7989 Piston Pump as a replacement, the pressure for the relief setting should be reduced to 13790 172 kPa (2000 25 psi). Refer to Service Manual, KENR5016, "Systems Operation and Testing" for instructions on adjusting the relief pressure.
