The "CATERPILLAR NETWORK" is the screen that must be displayed on your terminal before you can access parts and service information. Each dealership has its own computer system and uses different methods to reach the "CATERPILLAR NETWORK." Consult with your Data Processing Department to learn how to get to the "CATERPILLAR NETWORK"; and to gain authorization to use the systems. You will then have access to the information systems identified in the chart.
