Installation Procedure
Note: Check the O-ring seals, the gaskets, and the seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.

Use an 1/8 inch diameter rod in order to clean each tube of oil cooler (5) .

Install bonnet (10) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to oil cooler (5) .
Position the oil cooler. The weight of the oil cooler is 48 kg (105 lb).

Install two bolts (8) in order to connect support (9) .

Connect two hose assemblies (6) .

Install six bolts (3) in order to connect transmission oil cooler (5) to bonnet (4) .

Connect electrical plug (1). Connect four hose assemblies (2) .
Refill the coolant. Refill the transmission oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Lubricant Viscosities" and refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities (Refill)" for information regarding the correct refill capacities and for information regarding the correct lubricant viscosity.End By:
Install the engine oil filter and the oil filter base. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine Oil Filter and Oil Filter Base - Remove and Install".
Install the crankcase guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Crankcase Guard - Remove and Install".
