Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the auger. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Auger - Remove".

Fold up hopper (1) and apron (2).
Remove side trough (3) and center trough (4).

Remove bolts (5). Use two people to remove support (6) from the machine. The weight of support (6) is approximately 28 kg (63 lb).

Remove cotter pin (9) and bar (8).
Turn drag conveyor adjusting nuts (7) in order to relieve tension.

Remove pins (10).
Remove plate (12) and master link (11).
Repeat Steps 6 and 7 for the other side of the drag conveyor.
Attach a suitable lifting device to the bottom portion of the drag conveyor and pull the bottom portion of the drag conveyor to the rear of the machine. Remove the suitable lifting device.

Attach a suitable lifting device to drag conveyor (13). Remove drag conveyor (13) from the machine. The weight of drag conveyor (13) is approximately 240 kg (529 lb).
Repeat Steps 1 through 10 for the other drag conveyor. Installation Procedure

Install drag conveyor (13) in the machine. The weight of drag conveyor (13) is approximately 240 kg (529 lb). Remove the suitable lifting device from drag conveyor (13).
Attach a suitable lifting device to the bottom portion of the drag conveyor and pull the bottom portion of the drag conveyor to the front of the machine. Remove the suitable lifting device.

Install plate (12) and master link (11).
Install pins (10). Bend the bottom of pins (10) toward the front of the machine.
Repeat Steps 3 and 4 for the other side of the drag conveyor.

Turn drag conveyor adjusting nuts (7) to the correct tension. Refer to the Testing and Adjusting for the correct tension.
Install bar (8) and cotter pin (9).
Use two people to install support (6) and bolts (5) in the machine. The weight of support (6) is approximately 28 kg (63 lb).

Install side trough (3) and center trough (4).
Lower hopper (1) and apron (2). End By:
Install the auger. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Auger - Install".
