Use a suitable device in order to position undercarriage (6) below upper structure (2) . Apply Tooling (F) onto upper structure (2) and undercarriage (6) .
Use Tooling (A) , Tooling (D) , and Tooling (E) in order to position upper structure (2) onto undercarriage (6) .

Align upper structure (2) and swing bearing (4) .
Install bolts (5) in order to connect upper structure (2) and undercarriage (6) . Tighten bolts (5) to a torque of 600 + 50 - 0 N m (443 + 37 - 0 lb ft).
Connect grease hose assembly (3) .

Position Tooling (B) .

Use a suitable lifting device in order to remove Tooling (D) from Tooling (E) . The weight of Tooling (D) is approximately 227 kg (500 lb). Remove Tooling (E) .

Use a suitable lifting device in order to remove Tooling (C) . The weight of Tooling (C) is approximately 102 kg (225 lb).
Install the swivel. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Swivel - Install".
Install the right side boom cylinder. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Boom Cylinder - Remove and Install".

Remove Tooling (A) from stick (1) . Retract the boom. Extend stick (1) and lower stick (1) to the ground.
Install the work tool or the bucket. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bucket - Install".

Engage the parking brake. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Parking Brake Release". Remove Tooling (B) .
