Dozer Blade Height
Float (1) Push the lever all the way forward into detent, for FLOAT. The blade moves up and down following the ground contour.The lever remains in float until pulled out of detent. The lever then returns to HOLD when released. Lower (2) Push the lever forward to lower the blade. The lever returns to HOLD when released. Hold (3) The lever returns to HOLD when released from either RAISE or LOWER. The blade remains in the position it is in. Raise (4) Pull the lever back to raise the blade. Release the lever to stop lifting the blade. The lever returns to HOLD when released.Dozer Blade Tilt and Angle
Tilt Left (1) Pull the lever to the left to lower the blade to the left. The lever returns to HOLD when released. Tilt Hold (2) The lever returns to HOLD when released. The blade movement will stop. Tilt Right (3) Push the lever to the right to lower the blade to the right. The lever returns to HOLD when released.Dozer Blade Angle (If Equipped)
Angle Left (4) Rotate the lever to the left, to angle the blade to the left. Angle Right (5) Rotate the lever to the right, to angle the blade to the right.Ripper (If Equipped)
Raise (1) - Pull the lever to the left (towards the operator) to raise the ripper. The lever returns to HOLD when released. Hold (2) - The lever will return to HOLD when released. Ripper movement stops. Lower (3) - Push the lever to the right (away from the operator) to lower the ripper. The lever returns to HOLD when released.Winch (If Equipped)
Do not move the control lever to FREE SPOOL position with a load on the line. The load is released uncontrolled and can result in personal injury or death.
Free Spool (1) - Push the button on top of control lever. Move the lever to this position to free the drum. Cable can now be pulled out by hand. Brake Off Detent (2) - The lever remains in this position until moved manually. The resistance of the winch gear train makes it impossible to unreel the cable by hand. Brake Off (3) - Move the lever to this position to release the winch brake. Release the lever and it returns to BRAKE ON. The cable may unreel by the weight of the load, or when the machine moves away from load, if the load is heavy enough. Brake On (4) - The drum should not move. Use this position when towing, holding load or when winch is not in use. Reel In (5) - Move the lever to this position to reel in the cable. The cable should move toward the winch under power. Release the lever and it returns to BRAKE ON. Reel Out (6) - Pull the lever to this position to reel out the cable. The cable reels out under power. Release the lever and it returns to BRAKE ON.Inching (Fine Control Operation)
