Disconnect the line to the control spool for the desired function.Note: The control spools for the stick, the boom, and the bucket are in the front control valve. The control spools for the travel and the bottom dump are in the rear control valve. The control spool for swing is in the swing control valve.
Use a 8T-8902 Tee on the front control valve and on the rear control valve. Use a 7X-0871 Tee on the swing control valve. Install the tee between the line and the control valve.
Install a 6V-3965 Nipple in the tee.
Connect the 6V-4143 Coupler Assemblies to the 6V-3079 Pressure Hose Assembly .
Connect the hose assembly to the tee and a 8T-0856 Pressure Gauge .
Start the engine.
Warm the oil to a minimum temperature of 50 °C (122 °F). Refer to the Testing and Adjusting, "General Information" for the proper procedure for warming the hydraulic oil.
Set the throttle switch to position 10.
Actuate the desired function. Read the pressure gauge. The pressure should be 3100 to 4200 kPa (450 to 610 psi).
Stop the engine.
Remove test equipment. Reconnect lines.Pilot Hydraulic Oil Filter

Pilot Hydraulic Oil Filter (1) Pressure tap
Connect the 6V-4143 Coupler Assemblies to the 6V-3079 Pressure Hose Assemblies .
Connect a hose assembly to pressure tap (1) and a 8T-0857 Pressure Gauge .
Start the engine.
Warm the oil to a minimum temperature of 50 °C (122 °F). Refer to the Testing and Adjusting, "General Information" for the proper procedure for warming the hydraulic oil.
Set the throttle switch to position 10.
Read the pressure gauge that is connected to pressure tap (1). The pressure should be 7000 200 kPa (1015 30 psi).
Stop the engine. Remove test equipment.Load Sensing Signal Relief Valve
