Removal Procedure
Position the machine and the bucket on a level surface.
Lower the work tool to the ground.

Disconnect harness assembly (3). Remove bolts (2) and bracket (1).

Cut cable strap (4).
Remove nut (5). Remove kickout and positioner control (6) from bracket (1).Installation Procedure

(A) Maximum Dimension of 19.8 mm (0.80inch) between the surface bracket (1) and the end of kickout and positioner control (6).
Install kickout and positioner control (5) to Dimension (A) in bracket (1). Refer to Illustration 4.
Install nut (5). Tighten nut (5) to a torque of 17.00 2.00 N m (152 21 lb in).

Install new cable strap (4).

(A) Center-line of the switch for the kickout and positioner control.
(B) Approximate Dimension of 8 mm (0.31 inch).
Note:
Install bracket (1) and bolts (2). Do not tighten bolts (2) at this time.
Adjust kickout and positioner control (6) so that a gap between the sensor for kickout and positioner control (6) and bracket (7) is approximately Dimension (B). Refer to Illustration 7.
Position bracket (1) so that Center-line (B) of kickout and positioner control (6) is aligned with the end of bracket (7). Refer to Illustration 7.
Tighten bolts (2).
